Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all credit cards up to a purchase amount of $1,000. We accept Paypal as our preferred payment portal. In addition we accept personal and business checks drawn on US banks (7 day hold to clear), Cashiers Checks drawn on US banks, Bank Wire Transfers from US correspondent banks.

Q. How do you process refunds?
A. We typically process refunds by crediting your initial method of payment (Paypal and Credit Cards only), or by business check.

Q. When do I have to pay California sales tax on a purchase?
A. If your domicile of business is in California, or you are a California resident. If we are shipping to destination out of California or the U.S., an acceptable governmental agency, or have filed an Sales Tax Exemption form with us if you are exempt from California sales tax.

Q. I am a reseller can I be exempt from sales tax?
A. Yes. Please fill out and fax (415-335-4077) or email: sales@iardeals.com the attached printable Sales Tax Exemption form. We cannot release your item(s) for pickup or shipment until we have received your completed exemption form.


Q. Who do you use for shipping?
A. We primarily use Fedex Ground for items weighing up to 150 lbs in the US only. We also ship by Fedex Express air and the USPS. For palletized shipments we use a very competitive freight brokerage service. For large equipment we obtain custom quotes for flatbeds, double, and single drop carriers. Rigging costs for large heavy items may also apply.

Q. Can I use my own freight carrier?
A. Yes, but we charge a minimum administrative fee of $25 for dealing with your freight documents. In addition, we charge for special packaging, palletizing, and crating. Please contact us for these special arrangements at: sales@iardeals.com,

Q. Why was my shipping cost adjusted upward from the advertised fixed rate?
A. Our shipping rates are based on the lowest cost ground shipment to 48 states. Air, expedited shipments, special handling, and packaging are additional costs.  You are always welcome to obtain a firm shipping quote before buying, by contacting us at: : sales@iardeals.com,

Q. If I buy more than one item will I get combined shipping to save me money?
A. Yes. We adjust the shipping rate based on the total dimensions and weight of the packed items.

Freight Policy - Prices stated are F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid to destination specified in the order. We charge a shipping and handling fee, (which includes internal handling and related costs), on each order which is applied at time of order and reflected on customer's invoice. Receipts for shipping and handling charges will not be furnished. COD shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery ("Other Freight Services"), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Any charges incurred for Other Freight Services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Refunds & Returns

Q. Can I return an item if it is not as described, is missing components, or is not operative.
A. Yes. We stand behind all products that we sell. In the event that you have received an item that is defective, or not as described within 14 days we will process a full or partial refund for the item and original shipping cost. You must make your claim within the specified warranty period. Please email us at: sales@iardeals.com with your name and order number and we will provide you with an authorization to return the item.

Q. Can I return an item if I decide that I no longer want it?
A. Yes.  If within 14 days of the time that you receive an item and you wish to return it for no other reason that you do not need it anymore, then there will be a 20% restocking charge, or $10 handling fee whichever is greater. There will also be deductions for Free Shipping allowances. If you wish to exchange for an item of similar or greater value, we may chose, at our discretion to wave the restocking fee, but not the shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges for items that are received in good order. Q. Do you sell “AS-IS” or do I have a warranty?
A. We very rarely sell items “AS-IS”. Our standard warranty is 14 days from the time you receive the item. On many electrical items we will specifically provide a 90 day warranty in the item listing. Many of our automation, electrical distribution, and motors come with a "90 day warranty".

Q. Safety and Usage
A. We take no responsibility for the safe and proper usage of any items purchased from us. It is your responsibility to understand the proper and safe operation of any items or equipment purchased from IARDEALS.COM or through our Ebay Store. By your purchase of any equipment you expressly wave all rights to hold us responsible for injury or damage resulting from the use of the equipment. Our liability for any claim is for a maximum total of the purchased value of the item. Sole liability lies with the initial manufacturer of the product. By your entering into a purchase from us you waive all rights to hold us responsible for injuries.

How to perform Product Searches - It is best to use the Category links on the left hand side of the page, or click on the Category thumbnails until you reach the Sub-Category of the products you are looking for. If you use the the general search function ("Search for Products") at the top of the page you will not get the benefit of layered navigation based on the specifications of your product. For example if you are looking for a circuit breaker you will want to specify the Amps, Volts, Poles, Condition (new or used). For a valve you will specify the pipe size, valve type, material, PSI, etc. On the left hand side of the page you will find hyperlinks for the specs of the product you are looking for.
