Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of cleared receipt of payment. We have the option to use the shipper of our choice. If you wish to use your carrier there is a minimum administrative fee of $25 or more for this service. We use USPS or Fedex Ground for items weighing less than 150 pounds. We also provide expedited air shipping by FedEx Express. Items weighing over 150 pounds are shipped by common carrier or special purpose trucks. International shipping is available by air, LTL ship, or by container. Included in your shipping quote or charge is palletizing, packaging, and handling. Special packaging and crating is extra. Buyers are responsible for custom clearings , tariffs, and  fees. We are not responsible for the shipment once it is picked up by the carrier. Should you receive a damaged item please make a notation on the freight documents, take pictures of the damage and packaging. Please save all packaging materials that occur from damaged goods. Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Immediately email us with details of the damage, pictures, and your order number.

Returns & Replacements

If you're not totally satisfied with your shipment, we're happy to replace it or accept a return of the merchandise if it meets the following criteria:

  • All return merchandise must be in resalable condition
  • The product must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • The product must not have been installed
  • You must have the original packaging for the item, and there cannot be any writing on the original packaging

IARDEALS.COM accepts returns within 30 days of when the order was placed. There's no minimum value on returns and restocking fees are applicable depending on the item/brand purchased. Restocking fee is 20% or $10 which ever is greater.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all forms of payment including Paypal, Credit Cards (maximum $1,000), Cashiers Checks, Personal & Business Checks (7 day hold before shipping), and cash.

You may view your orders by logging into your account with your registered email and password. 

Updating Account Information

You can update your account by logging into your account using your registered email address and password.
